Our Story

The Chaos Oasis was born out of a passion for the earth and our children. A self sufficient lifestyle became an obsession that has changed our lives! Looking for a better way of living we stumbled upon the Earthship concept and the rest, as they say, is history!

Since 2010 we have been learning constantly, combining old and new traditions to come up with solutions for the environment we live in for a greener, better future.

The Chaos Oasis is globally known for its beautiful architecture, Mayan artwork, unrivaled sustainability and its unique butterfly house, all of which culminate in an unparalleled experience guaranteed to draw you in!

Less than a three minute walk from the next door ruins of Lubaantun, we offer tours of our butterfly house and earthship, freshly made local juices and have a small gift shop with unique carefully selected items ideal for gifts or heirloom mementos, a reminder of your time in Belize.
